DOVE's Annual Benefit Celebration: Saturday February 10th, 2024 at 6pm. It's a Golden Ticket fundraising event at 40 West Arts, so be ready for some confection inspired drinks, delightful snacks, and imaginative entertainment. Deaf fire hoop performer, Hula Bella, will be there spinning amazement and guiding us on a ride Willy Wonka himself would enjoy.

And of course the Chocolate Factory will have special chocolate bars for sale. Not only are they delicious, but your chocolate bar may just have the Golden Ticket. Find the Golden Ticket and you win the grand prize of the evening!

And as usual, we will have a silent auction and games galore. All the proceeds will go to support DOVE's mission of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate advocacy to DDBDDHH victims of violence in Colorado. The event is open to any adult who would like to make a difference in the lives of survivors. We can't wait to see you there!

Our Mission

Our Mission

Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 2000. Our mission is to support Colorado Deaf survivors’ healing journey. With the support of DOVE’s Board of Directors, our organization is dedicated to providing advocacy services for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, or Hard of Hearing (DDBDDHH) victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of abuse in Colorado.

We work with DDBDDHH survivors to ensure victim rights are met throughout their journey towards healing. Our priority is communication access and culturally responsive services for DDBDDHH victims/survivors within the legal, medical, and human services systems.
