FebFest's Tentative Schedule:
Friday, February 17 at 4:00 p.m. – Online silent auction opens! – you can bid until 8:30 p.m. on February 23 and help support LHS Boosters and individual sports! You can also make cash donations to the team of your choice or the Booster Club general fund.
Thursday, February 23 at Hudson Gardens
5:45 p.m. – Doors open for our fundraising PARTY (Tickets are available at the door for $60/individual or $110/couple.)
6:00 p.m. – FebFest officially STARTS
6:00 p.m. – We will have a fabulous BBQ bar and desserts PLUS a cash bar. Each attendee will receive some FREE poker chips to gamble at the casino tables. Cash in your winnings for a chance to win some cool prizes!
7:00 p.m. – Did you buy your 50/50 Drawing tickets?? We split the total amount raised 50-50 with the winner! You do not need to be present to win.
8:00 p.m. – Feel free to click on your team/sport donation item to give $$ directly to the team. It’s a super, easy way to support your sport!
8:00 p.m. – Make sure your bid is the last one for items in the 300s!
8:15 p.m. – Make sure your bid is the last one for items in the 400s and 500s!
8:30 p.m. – Online silent auction closes. Check under Menu/My Items to see all the items you have won/purchased and check out directly from ClickBid. All sales are final.
ONLINE SILENT AUCTION
Over 40 wonderful items and experiences will be available for bidding starting Friday, February 17 at 4:00 p.m. and closing Thursday, February 23 at 8:30 p.m. You’ll want to get in on the action early!
We've kept our awesome auction software from last year – ClickBid. We love how easy it is to use, plus it has some fun features to help you keep track of your bids and favorite items!
HOW IT WORKS: if you're NOT attending in person

- Register – Please provide a credit card to make check out easier and provide your address to assist us in getting you the items you won in a safe, contactless way.
- Look through all the amazing items and bid over the next couple of days!
- When the Online Silent Auction closes on Thursday, February 23 at 8:30 p.m., you can see all the items you have won/purchased (under Menu/My Items) and check out directly from ClickBid with your credit card on file. If you forget to check out (or you are already asleep), no worries! After the Auction closes, we will run all payments for all winners that have not checked out using the credit card in their bidding account.
- You will receive an email receipt with your purchases.
- All items will be distributed using a contactless system – Booster reps will be reaching out to the winners to arrange delivery/pick-up!
