Ain't No Party Like a 90's Party is Lowry's 2024 auction. The auction is the major source of fundraising for the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). The funds will be used to support student enrichment, fund staffing positions, support staff appreciation, and develop community events. 

Get ready to get jiggy wit it while you eat, drink, and dance the night away! We promise it will be all that and a bag of chips! The silent auction portion of the auction will end before the event begins. The auction event will include a live auction, a paddle raiser to support the Aviator Fund, 90's themed activities, and lots of fun. So grab your home skillets and get ready to attend a super fly event!

Silent Auction: April 24-27 (virtual auction registration/preview: April 17-23)

Live Auction/90's Party: April 27 (ticketed event)

• Why is the auction important? The auction is the largest fundraiser of the year. The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) organizes the auction to raise money for student programming, community activities, staff appreciation, and the Aviator Fund (which helps fund staff positions that would be unfunded or underfunded by the DPS).
• What is the silent auction? The silent auction will be held April 24-27 through a virtual platform. We will send directions for how to sign up in early April. Each bidder will be anonymous and can bid on a variety of items that include teacher treasures, grade-level baskets, museum passes and memberships, restaurant gift certificates, a South African safari, and sporting opportunities. The silent auction will end prior to the live event.
• What are grade-level baskets and teacher treasures? Grade-level baskets are items that are donated by each grade level and have a theme. Bidders can bid on these baskets at the silent auction. Teacher treasures are donated by staff members and are experiences for students. Bidders will have the opportunity to buy the treasure at a specific price or bid on the treasure; some treasures allow for multiple students to participate, while others are only for 1 or 2 students.
• What is the live auction? The live auction is the party! Ain't No Party Like a 90's Party will be held at Hangar Club on April 27, 7-10pm. The live auction will have a few big-ticket items up for bidding, including a Choose Your Own Adventure trip! The live auction will also include a paddle raiser, which is an opportunity for party-goers to donate money directly to the Aviator Fund.
• Who can attend the 90's party? The event is adult-only. Feel free to invite your non-Lowry friends, but make sure they're over 21 years old. It will be a great time even if they're not part of the Lowry community (or not part of the community yet!).
